Opening Words:

So i see that you want to play Twisted Fate, he's basically DPS champion, so i will tell you how do i play with him.

Theme of Build

I tried playing with Twisted many times, and i decided that he's the best when you make him in the DPS way with big ammount of attack speed and life steal combined with Armor Penetration.

Runes

Pretty Basic Runes for DPS char.
Marks od Desolation - that should give you some armor penetration. Tanks will be surprised.
Seals of Alacrity - Some attack speed will give you last kill ability at start.
Glyphs of Alacrity - Even more attack speed
Quintessence of Desolation - More Armor Penetration.

Masteries

Basically i have choosen Offense Masteries to enlarge your damage and reduce abilities a little, and some Utility MAsteries to get longer monster buffs.

Spells

Good Spells are

- Running/chasing enemy combined with your attack speed will grant you super effective killing on gank or alone.- when you're sure on gank opponent just throw it and enjoy the kill. When chasing enemy that Spell is also really supportive for your team.- Again running/chasing spell, try to use it with exhaust on enemy that should be good combination.

Bad spells are:

Many times i tried to play with him testing all combination of spells, but i find that the rest of the spells are bad for this champ ...

With Twisted get as more last kills as you can.

Early game (1-8lvl)

At early game you need to get a ****load of minion last kills harras your opponents with
"Wild Cards" and with "Pick a Card" abilities.
When they have low HP use ghost pick a stun card and hit them with it, then just use Exhaust to slow them and enjoy your kill, when you will have 6lvl try to gank them and show your team where they are.

Middle game (9-13lvl)

At this time you should mostly gank your opponents with ghost/exhaust combination with help of your team, feed up yourself and get as more items as you can, when someone is russhing get his back with ulti and help your team with killing them.
Nothing else to say, just survive.

Late Game (14-18lvl)

Your attack speed/ Attack Damage/ Life steal will be pretty big now, criticals will improve your killing abilities, use stun cards when 1 vs 1, but when you need to fight in team use Red splashing card.

Recommended

- that will give you pretty awesome attack speed, every fourth attack you will deal 100 magic damage, also you got your passive ability what will give you additional magic damage every fourth attack, that will be super combination.

So yeah you already got some attack speed you will need damage and Life Steal
and the best to get that is to get this:- So yeah you will have Damage, Life steal, Attack speed that will be enough to conquer easily with the best champs.

After that get some attack speed and Critical using this:- Criticals will enlarge your life steal and attack speed will be needed.
- 4% of opponents max health to Damage would be nice to get agains tanks ...

Bad items:

Basically defence items shouldn't be buyed for an DPS champion ...
