Split pushing is an integral part of the twisted fate support play style.
When playing without farm, it can be very challenging to defeat the 'cannon minion' foe, therefore smite is a necessity for the small intricacies of the guide to work as intended.

did you come up with this build playing only against bots? cause it's not viable at all for a support to take smite...

Anyway... you have also wrong masteries (1/13/16 is the best for the most supports), an impossible skill sequence, wrong runes (no defenses, no gold/10secs), the wrong items(wriggle's is just bad, zeke's and ohmwrecker should be situational, no gold/10secs items mentioned) and you have clarity and smite on a support...?

I like how this guide references to some of the negative aspects of twisted fate, but includes revolutionary ideas that can spin these on their head!! After this guide, I feel inspired that Twisted Fate can be central to the new meta!!
