As Twisted Fate u want to mid lane last hitting minions as much as possible. Harass the enemy with your E proc and Wild cards(any card is good).
Once u hit level 6 you wanna gank but you gotta make sure your e is ready for proc. then you activate gold card tele to where u wanna gank attack with gold card then wild cards and auto attacks.
