Introduction
The Items are a BIG part of this build! First, you buy the vampiric scepter. This will enable you to stay in your lane for a longer period of time. Next you want to buy Berserker's Greaves.
(if you don't have the money, start with boots of speed). This will not only let you walk faster, but it will increase your attack speed. Your next item you want is the ionic spark. This is 2300 gold so you have to buy the parts first. Depending on when you can access the store, you can either start with the recurve bow (1050 gold) or the ruby crystal (475 gold). With this item, you can now farm minions quite easily. Next, you buy a Phantom Dancer (2845 gold). most of the time, you won't be able to afford it straight up so you have to buy bits and pieces of it. Now, you want to get the Bloodthirster. You already have the Vampiric scepter so all you need is 2550 gold. Once you bought that, you buy another Phantom Dancer. This will bring your attack speed up to 2.250ish (depending on your runes). Therefore, for your last item, you want to focus on your attack more than your speed. This is why the Black Cleaver is perfect. Since you only have 1 spot left, you want to buy the B.F. Sword first, and then complete the Black Cleaver. With this, you should have a 2.500 attack speed with decent damage.

THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!!! For this specific build, wild cards are not that necessary. They are nice to have, but it is much better to use the pick a card skill.
Early in the game, when facing minions, use the red card to splash hit. This will not only kill the minions faster, but with a precise hit, it can get you the last hit on up to three minions.
The Gold card is very useful against heroes. When planning ganks or trying to run from them, the Gold card is the card you want.
The blue card is useful when you're low on mana and you don't feel like going back to the portal. You simply pull up a blue card and fire away!!
Destiny is very useful to you and your team. This will allow you to see oncoming enemies. It will also let you coordinate ganks with your teammates.
