In my opinion , ýou need to think on yourself at this situation . i think , that its not worth to buy a archangel staff , becouse the ap you get is not as much as you have with 20 mejai stacks -> wich you need to keep up to 20 . I play TF very often , and for me it isnt a problem to keep them up , but when you get problems in lategames , i prefer to buy a rylais for life and 80 ap isnt that bad . you know ? I hope i may helped you a bit and iam sorry for my very bad english :/

Seems ok but I'm wondering: TF is one of the most squishy characters in LoL so will you be able to keep your Soul Engorgements? Shouldn't you better replace Mejai's by an Archangel's Staff? The guess behing Archangel's is that TF uses many abilities and will get more mana with every card he picks and every use of Wild Cards and it would be much worthy than Mejai's (imo ofc).
