First, this looks like a wall of text and I really didn't want to read through it. Use some BBcode to make it look more appealing and interesting (you will get floods of downvotes from people because they hate lots of text).
For the first 3 levels I would probably recommend going E-W-Q or W-E-Q.
You could add some alternate purchase orders with for instance: a build order with hurricane, or beserkers greaves before the B.F sword.
The content of this guide is very good but it could do with a little bit of polishing to make people want to read it.
