I'd recommend adding some coding, images, videos, and icons to make the guide more attractive as well as informative.
Give item alternatives, and maybe explain a little bit about who counters Twitch and what items.
Turn on comment to vote feature as well, to avoid troll votes down voting.

Otherwise good start.
