This build is about splash damage. Spray and Pray + Runaan's + Ruined King will give so much damage to all close opponents and recover so much of your life with so less hits, that is probable to get at least Quadra Kill once per game.

I've been playing Twitch for almost a year now, and this is definely the best build I've ever tried. Tanky due to Frozen Mallet and the lifesteal, does a lot of CC due to Frozen Mallet + Splash Damage, and incredible fast and strong area damage. Try it and comment.

You are the adc. Stay in lane, farming. Whenever the opponent's support is not well positioned, enter invi mode, get closer as you might, throw the Venon Cask and hit the adc until reaching max stacks of the poison. Expunge and get your kill.
