One of the easiest champions to counter jungle, mumu generally sits very low in his jungle and you typically want to hit level 3, grab your stun and jump down to his jungle to kill him.
Diana
Diana jungle is another easy one to counter jungle. She doesn't have an escape early and your jungle clear is much faster. Your early game damage is also much stronger so if you have the chance to 1v1 her, take it.
Nidalee
After her recent buffs, she's definitely more of a threat in the jungle, but overall not much of a problem for Udyr. You can 1v1 her as long as you don't get hit by any long ranged spears. Dodge those and you can easily counter jungle her and make her life miserable.
Nunu & Willump
Nunu is an objective focused jungler, so you have to stay on your toes with the objectives. Blink for a minute and he'll snag drag and rift herald, so my advice is to keep objectives warded and try to get them going before he can. As for fighting him, you can easily 1v1 nunu at any point in the game unless you're way behind.
Sejuani
Sejuani is tanky and has a ton of cc... but that never stopped Udyr. You'll win a 1v1 at any point in the game, so feel free to counterjungle or just farm up and dominate her late game.
Jax
Jax is a monster for auto attack reliant champs. He is very similar to Udyr in that he will probably go bloodrazor/rageblade and beat your face with his lamp. On top of that, he has a stun and a ridiculously long period of time prior to said stun where auto attacking him is useless (his parry). To top it off he has incredible escape with his lee sin style q. Most likely he will not try to counter jungle you because his early game isn't as strong as yours. My advice is to farm up and do your best to get your team fed with good ganks because Jax is one of those few champions you most likely will not be able to 1v1 late game.
Nocturne
Nocturne is another one of those late game monsters, like Udyr. The reason Nocturne is so tough for Udyr is that his damage output is pretty much the same, but he can cancel your stun with his spell shield, and if he shields it properly he gains double attack speed which will almost certainly kill you. On top of that his chains can fear you if you don't break them. Ultimately if he plays his champ well, you will lose 1v1. On top of that, his ult is essentially a guaranteed kill every time it's up, so once he's 6 try and keep his jungle warded so you have an idea of which lane he's going to ult so you can countergank and turn it around.
Kindred
Early game Kindred is extremely strong right now, and a 1v1 between you two should end in a kill for Kindred, so don't force anything and don't counterjungle. The most important thing about Kindred is preventing her from getting stacks. You can bet whenever a new stack shows up in your jungle for her to collect she's going to do everything she can to get it. Your job is to get the camps before she gets there. Also keep your jungle warded so if you do see her try and sneak in to grab one you can call a lane and guarantee a kill.
Tahm Kench
The River King has incredible amounts of damage, 2 health bars, and massive CC. This makes him very very difficult to kill. Late game you should be able to 1v1 unless he's fed, but early game just focus on counterganking as he is one of the strongest gankers (Is that a word? it sounds weird) in the game.
Kha'Zix
Kha is an extremely strong jungler. He can 1v1 you at almost any point in the game if you're alone, plus his clear is strong and he has great escape. Don't try to counter jungle, just play a team game. Rather than split pushing focus on grouping and team fights since Kha is much weaker when he can't isolate his prey. That being said, if he does try to 1v1 you late game, provided he isn't way ahead of you, you should still be able to beat him. But be careful of chasing him if he's able to disengage. Chasing kha into the woods can be a very dangerous game.
