Actually if you want him to stay alive in a clash he needs to use mercury treads but with this build he wont stay long if he got focus fired by the enemy. I understand what you mean about the high dmg in team fights but if he is the main target of the enemy by mid late game (since he can probably own all of the enemies) Udyr becomes a sacrifice so that his allies could kill the others, but the problem is when your allies are idiots your death will become useless. I'm not saying he should, at all costs, stay away from clashes, but rather be careful on how to fight in a clash. Also I made him attack at the highest speed possible since triforce could only slow the enemy at a 25% chance but with the high attack speed, he renders the enemy unable to run away once you hit them.

There is really no point to maxing Tiger Stance when you're going to use this item build.
You're getting attack speed items, so it would be best to max Phoenix Stance instead of Tiger Stance.
EDIT:
I read some more of your guide and I can safely say you are either very unexperienced or just a bad player. Udyr IS useful in teamfights due to his high damage and the ability to stun everybody he needs to, especially with the high movement speed from triforce+phantom dancer.
Please don't write a guide if you don't know what you're talking about.
