Sorry to blast you but you have forsaken udyrs key ability which is to stance dance.
udyr is very squishy at start and you do not even put one point in turtle until level 11? how do you expect to get in and kill any1 with no protection or much less get minion kills? a diverse build focusing on turtle/bear more at start allows more laning which gives udyr the ability to push more, keep teammates alive, and stay in his lane longer.
Your item build is also very fail
Udyr requires very little attack speed items because his racial gives him pretty much all he needs. berserker are always fail on udyr. He needs the ability to live and get in and out so mercury or ninja boots are much better depending on the opposing team composition(more cc/slows go mercury, more melee go ninja). Malady is a downright fail item period. money should be spent toward rageblade(less casters) or wits end(more casters) which are SO much better for udyr.
personally i hate snowball items, it is not solid or trustworthy.
archangels, Roa and zhonyas? try more defensive like thornmail/wardens(more melee) caster heavy try FoN. sheen(should be one of first items)-> tri force(later).
enough of that, as for your rune build. also Fail
mana? what do you think turtle does?
again udyr needs to live and get in and out try dodge seals, movement quints, attack speed marks, and magic resist on level glyphs. much more balanced for udyrs play style.
your mastery build/summoner skills are okay. I use a more defensive approach going down the defense tree focusing magic resis, dodge then getting nimbleness then going util, focusing mana regen/max mana and movement speed.
Maybe i got alittle too harsh, but this build blows imo
for a great understanding of Udyr and where i get most of my ideas check out this guys build, although it is a bit outdated.
