Mid ad pref. Do full clear an go for crab. You maight not gank until 6 unless enemy pushed and u have Q up. Thorw R but be sure that enemy don't have vision while you thow R because you will fear them. Combo is R+HextechBelt+Q+W+Zhonyas you can also flash and finish them with E.
