Do not fight a tryndamere who has a lot of rage, he gains crit with rage.
Get Stopwatch Early, it can be used to bleed out Tryndameres ult timer. it also builds into GA which, will deny Tryndamere early kills. He kind of lingers if he doesn't get fed.
you could try taking Exhaust which will cut his attack speed and mobility in half.
I also recommend punishing him for trying to CS as he gets rage from auto attacks.
try to avoid pushing minions under tower as you can't really poke him under tower.
And don't let tryndamere put you under tower because he can poke you under tower.
