It's my first build actually so please do not be harsh on me :)

For runes i take my standard set of runes for AD chars.
I think its quite all right, besides it could give more Crit chance.
In late you will have significant dmg from this set.

For masteries i take 21/9/0.
Atack masteries are clear.
I take defens to provide better survivability - in early mostly.

Take flash and ghost to chase your opponents - you will try to fight 1vs1 as much as possible so you need to move quickly and have a lots of mobility options to set traps and stuff.

Take leap to chase and harass.
Then try to have as much buff skills as possible - it's like you have free items.
Rest of sequence is rather clear i think.

I open with armor and pots to have better survivability in early.
It helps me lvl up and farm - this opening set is good for soloing.

Then i try to make a little more dmg with sword.
It's all right to save some money and have Cleaver - op speed and dmg.
Then just make your ofensive potential even stronger with infinity.

On this stage you should take care of most opponents (besides CC op chars like malza or whatever ;))

You will probably love op dmg from Fiora's basic atack supported by her buffs with the rest of this set .

In early try not to get killed and nerfed.
Try to farm and harass.
If you have chance to kill enemy 1vs1 its up to you - just remember that Fiora is not very durable at beggining.

In mid try to make traps for alone chars - if enemy got jungler you are perfect counter to nerf him.

In late do regular stuff such as killing people and making them go afk. ;)

+ 1v1 perfect fighter

- low survivability
- can be easely harassed in early
- ult can be dangerouse (receiving damage when turned on)

Another rather op char.
Superb fighting skillz, easy to farm and kill/assist.
Good for people who like auto atack.
