Disliking for 3 reasons(I didn't read the whole thing, even though it's short).
1.
No, you can't. Smite is used to secure dragons and barons, and without it you can, as James Hetfield says, kiss your *** good-bye.
2. The ability sequence is botched: you can't max an ability at lvl 8(you max them at levels 9,13 and 18).
3. Don't publish unfinished guides. They will get a lot of dislikes(like I just did) and most people won't bother to re-read the same thing again. Archive your guide, finish it, then republish it for the best results.
