Aatrox His pesci regeneration makes him almost as tough as Ekko, use e to get some room between you and q and a healthpotion to regenerat yourself and then mash him up once more ;)

Trynda can be a hunting War-hog if you play him right his evasive Spinning Slash in combination with Flash can give you a huge head-start to either run or, preferably, catch up with the enemy. His Bloodlust Heal can be buffed with Spirit Visage making him to a one man army.

This passive is why Attack speed is more important at the start than DMG! With every Strike your Crit-chance goes up and a Crit does DMG x 2!
This skill is what makes Trynda awesome AND do DMG in early game AND replaces a Healer. With a full Fury gauge this ability heals Trynda in early game more than the average healer would do. The DMG bonus through his missing Life can also win you a 1 on 1.
The Huntsman skill :) Lets you catch up with most enemies and slaughter them.
The key to win the game. The jump helps you catch up to enemies + does DMG + you can jump through walls, surprising or evading enemies.
This is what makes Tryndamere a God: For a whole 5 seconds you are invulnerable leaving you time to finish the tower, win the fight or blocking enemies to help your allies escape

Summoner Spells

Why ?
The Answer is simple: Trynda is a one man Warsow, who is mostly fighting in one on one fights. Exhaust is THE Spell for that. Many players thing Exhaust ist only to slow enemies. Thats totaly the wrong way to use it! Id does not only reduce the movementspeed by 30%, it reduces the Attack speed 30% as well! Further mor it reduces the enemies Dmg by 40% AND above that lowers both Armor and Magicresistance. What more do you want to turn any fight to your advantage.

Why ?
This one is obviouse. Ghost Might make you faster for hunting down enemies bunt for evasion and escape Flash is the better choice making you be able to jump through 2 Walls in combination with Spinning Slash. With this combination it is merely not possible to not escape a gank or chase down any enemy you want.

The choice of weapons:

Simple. Most of the fight Trynda does till late game are one on ones Phantom Dancer gives you to your 5% Movement speed another 7% when in View of an enemy AND while chasing them you ignore the Minions blocking your way. Above that you gain another 10% Attack speed ( Phantom Dancer=45%, Statikk Shiv=35%) Compared to the 100 Charges you have to gather with Statikk Shiv to make your Bonus Dmg outburst, your better of with the 10% more Dmg/s you'll be doing.


This is a little tougher to explain, but at the end obvious. Even though the extra 50% Dmg doing crit is cool you got 5 less Dmg. The 50% more crit Dmg wont help you at all if your fighting a Monster like a late game Jax or Illaoi. Worst of all you'll find yourself using Undying Rage figuring out that when that runs out you'll be dead anyways, due to the slow and stun these two have. And here now comes the clue: Bloodthirster has a build in Lifeleach of 20% of the dealt Dmg which with Trynda can be a lot health back in late game AND 5 more Dmg AND with overheal even an Shiled effect AND Tryndamere continues Leaching while Undying Rage is on! Now what is more impressive: a extra 50% dmg every once a while or to find out that trynda has healed up 75% during his ulti and you, as his enemy not having even 1/3 of your hp left. Most fun is this effect on champs like Annie who is desperately trying to run away because you just powned Tibbert and have full health.

Usefull additions to the Core:
You wold be fairly dumb not going for Ravenous Hydra somewhere on your way, since it makes it very easy to farm and win Ganks.

In Tanky situations one is always good of with either The Black Cleaver, if you need a bit more Hp and armor penetration, or a Blade of the Ruined King for the Dmg per enemy Hp and another nifty Attack speed boost of 40%, which makes this a very powerfull tool in late game.(Even though as a old Beta-tester I preferred the Bloodrazor anytime. May it rest in peace)

Pros / Cons

I put these late, due to the fact that it is up to the player how pro or con you end up:

[*]His evasive skill Spinning Slash, his durability with Undying Rage, and his quick-heal ability Bloodlust make him one of the most durable champs in the game.
[*] Huge Dmg output in ealry mid and late game.
[*] 3 Item char: with [Zeal],[Berserker's Greavers] and [Vampire Zepter] you are basically set till late game.

[*]Without a [Zeal] Trynda has a hard time to get on his feet.
[*] If hes silence or stunned his ulti is useless

Last but not least

Im a old Beta-Tester and see these Guides as my legacy to players who still need help. This Guid is not done yet and i might add a few things. Jungle with Trynda is the same as above basically you can even play him without smight if your good.
