You don't know me, I am but a ghost in the makings of the league world, but I have been cooking up troll builds for ranked for quite some time. With this build, when you rise and they die, you can type in all chat after wins, THE LORD HAS RISEN (corny, but funny as hell). This guide may not work for all of you. If you don't have a throwaway account, I'd strongly recommend trying this in norms, to make sure you are ready to confuse your enemy laner in ranked.
