I don't have one ATM (since I'm unfamiliar with most of the Assassin items), but if enough people request it, I will absolutely make a dedicated section ONCE I'm done updating the old item descriptions.

Might be a dumb question but

How you do you play against ? I really find him annoying, I might be overestimating him but it feels like I'm losing against him in every moment of the game. Also is there a matchup where you recommend starting ? Thank you!

I will take the time to make a dedicated matchup for Vladimir. The problem with Vlad is that he has a couple of punishing matchups in the mid lane that he suffers heavily into, but against champions who can't necessarily kill him (Sion), he will just out sustain and hyper scale into the late game. This is why it's hard to beat Vladimir. He should never be able to kill you in lane, but at the same time, you won't ever be able to kill him. He's essentially a "no fighting allowed" champion.

And I don't really have a matchup where I could recommend rushing a Tiamat. If you want to build Titanic Hydra, it's a good item to sit on, since the added waveclear helps, but Sion's waveclear already becomes really good with Bami's Cinder. And the problem with those 2 items is that it becomes harder to freeze waves.

I like this start of a guide. :)

Maybe you could focus on changing some of the colors to have more of a color theme going that reflects or one of his skins? Right now the colors you've chosen are just all over the place. There are some pretty free color pickers you can search for on the internet to find some nice colors you can use if you'd like.

I also think you should credit the guide/author where you got your coding templates from, maybe having a quick special thanks with a link back to that original guide at the end section of your guide.

Thank you so much for taking the time to comment! The reason the color scheme is like that (for the itmes mostly) is because it's supposed to match the image associated with it. However, I understand it can be distracting for the description of the runes to take with him, so I'll try and change that up when I get the chance. Thank you for recommending online color pickers!

And I definitely will credit the coding template source. I was actually trying to work on the conclusion which is where I was going to state where I got the templates. Again, thank you again for taking the time to post this!
