Rabadon's Deathcap is also not a good item on supports, you should take another items like Mikael's Blessing or Locket of the Iron Solari.

You don't want to get Rod of Ages on support anivia. Get magic resist glyphs and max E by level 9 instead of 8 cause that is impossible.

Your guide is not bad, but you could put some more pictures and explain it a little more. Nobody likes monotone text (no offense) :D

I think you did a good job of explaining the abilities, runes and builds :D but I would like to see how to manage laning phase, if you could include that, it would help a lot. Things such as poking/harassing, preventing ganks, what to do during a gank etc.
