Some adjustment have been made because I obviously negligted lots of points and done
some things too quickly

However item like rabaddon are for me essential to the spirit of this guide and I wont change it

I always used road of ages for games where I can allow it but you are right in most of the cases it's too expensive. Im chaning it

You don't want to get Rod of Ages on support anivia. Get magic resist glyphs and max E by level 9 instead of 8 cause that is impossible.

I think you did a good job of explaining the abilities, runes and builds :D but I would like to see how to manage laning phase, if you could include that, it would help a lot. Things such as poking/harassing, preventing ganks, what to do during a gank etc.
