I have no time to write a complete guide, so i will concentrate all the most important informations.

This is my preferred build, also good for solo lane. Rarely i found an enemy champ that can kill me first, but it also depends on team work and ss.
Secret is to stay at range, Noxian on target, Terror Capacitor and 3-4 hits of Acid Hunter while enemy try to flee slowed (due to Terror Capacitor active on you). In this mode your enemy to not die will be forced to recall and you can level-up better of him gaining the advantage also for golds.

Armor Penetration for Marks and Quints, being all Urgot damage of physical type.
Mana Regen for Seals because especially at early game Urgot cannot spam Acid Hunter without going Out of Mana.
CD Reduction Glyphs to increase Acid Hunter spam and to reduce ultimate cd, but also Magic Resistance Glyphs are a good choice.

About the boots i play with Mercury's Treads or Boots of Swiftness when i want to be more aggressive.

Skill Sequence order of preference: Hyper-Kinetic Reverse > Acid Hunter > Terror Capacitor > Noxian Corrosive Charge

Summoner Spells Ghost and Flash let me easily escape from ganks or let me reach an enemy to finish him.
