Good build, bb coding decent/better. The attackspeed from runes is pointless because you don't use it(your W already gets you AS). Yes, you are tanky but Urgot is a juggernaut not a tank so compare to other tanks you are weak in early, mid game and because is a mid-game and early-game champion, you will probably lose late game... You might win two games with this but not more. Compare to TPA, Comet, Aery and secondary resolve you are losing so much.
Pros:
- High damage
Not sure if it is true because this is the lowest damage build you can go.
BB coding great but the build is wonky and non playable.

I feel your concerns but I made the build as it really gives benefits in late game stage. It not really a early game build.

You know bleed is true damage so even if you build tanky, you are getting damaged more? This is more mid-game build because late game as I said urgot is a juggernaut so he won't be as tanky as tanks and lack the damage too.
