Question: Why the mastery points in AS instead of CDR? Also, the Vamp. scepter seems a little out of place if you're not getting the Bloodthirster until as late as you do. Otherwise, love the build.
If you are really trying to have blue buff on yourself most of the time like the guide suggests, then the CDR masteries do nothing.
Phantom dancer as final is a filler item as the more AD you have, the less valuable each new point becomes.
I used to use strength of spirit, but it's only worth about 8 hp/5 at maxed manamune. Completely un-noticable when you have vamp items.

This is a great build, though I like to go with brutalizer and trinity force and then into blood thirster/starks or last whisperer if they have solid tanks. I like to go zeal or sheen first with phage last since the terror capacitor already gives slow (ult is also 40% slow for 3 seconds!). Never tried phantom dancer, I prefer to stack more AD or get guardian angel as my last item.
**Try strength of spirit instead of utility for some amazing health regen and staying power, especially with the mana from manamune and sheen.
This is a great build nonetheless as a foundation for how to properly play urgot.
