Only one thing ...
... The first three skill points, at the beginning of the 'ABILITY SEQUENCE',
i would choose 1st:W; 2nd:E; 3rd:Q;(rest like you)!
Cause i surely think ...
... that the 'Push Back' from his new 'E' is, in the early (Poke)Moments,
more usefull than the 'Slow-Effect' from his new 'Q'!
Should I have aroused your curiosity, and you will test my 'Start - Skill Order',

Unless you are getting ganked I don't see any reason not to go Q > W or W > Q. I find myself benefiting most off of getting Q early so I can trade more effectively in lane (sacrificing that damage early just seems unnecessary to me). E could be used to get away if you're under heavy pressure but other than that it seems like you're giving up a bit too much for an early E.
Anyway, that's just my experience with Urgot. Let me know what you think.
