Bloodthirster and Frozen Hearth is pretty much dead weight because you scale of HP. Lucidity are pointless because you are already getting 40% CDR with Transcendence at 10th minute.
Spell maxing is pretty much the worst that you can do. Your spells need max rank to do full damage! that is why you max Q or W based on matchup.
For me this is a SILVER guide how not to play Urgot.
Good points with Bloodthirster and maxing abilities.
