Items and Skills

(this is particularly to personal friends whom are interested in why and how i play)I start with vampiric scepter and W as my first skill. Personally I try to stay in lane until I can buy item to item. Blue carding enemies and poking every "safe" chance you get helps sustain your health and mana. if you like to spam your Q is important to ensure you have the mana to do so as the same for using gold card and red card. note it is not wise to blue card low health minions as a last hit because the action and effect of locking in the card and then hitting the target takes up a window of time and sometimes the target dies by other means while your blue card is in mid air. you will not receive mana back if you do not it the target, hopefully you are not depending on that single attack to build up your mana. if you do Q often make sure to blue card between each Q if possible. Depending on how well the lane is sustaining i will often wait until i can buy sorcerer's shoes straight up.

item and skill order

If you look at my skill map, i level E the fastest. i do this because it increases my atk spd and my CDR. which brings me to nashor's tooth. at lvl 5 E you have 15% atk spd and 15% CDR. Nashor's tooth gives you 25% CDR maxing out your CDR at 40% end of story, not including the atk spd and AP Tf simply loves. i build nashor's right after boots mainly because it is cost efficient. each component is no more than 435 gold. after nashor's i tend to either finish hextech gunblade or quickly build malady, the rate at which you gain gold at this point if you are still farming minions now and then will get you a malady in no time. games tend to not last long enough to obtain black cleaver or madred's bllodrazor. i usually avoid these til last due to their cost, unless fed well.or depending on the team comp i will get an ionic spark. due to recent changes to ingame items my original hybrid build has been edited... (sad face) RIP stark's and sword of the divine. whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhy?

tips

if you have noticed by now my tf is all about penetration or reduction of defenses by on hit effects. naturally this is where exhaust comes in, with the mastery it reduces their armor and mr by 10 so any card will do well. of course since every 4th hit does bonus magic dmg the faster you atk the more dmg. if you are not pressured in lane very hard take your time to line up that 4th hit, particularly with a blue card since it does the most dmg. when 1/5 of their health drops they back off. this tf is hard to solo (1v1) late game so make sure you have back up, you have the CC every three seconds and under any role playing as tf if you are chasing someone down a lane do not auto atk them, but rather run along side them until you lock in another gold card you. by auto atking tf stops as they continue to make their distance and with every atk theyre further out of your reach but if you hold their hand all the way to their tower chances are gold card and an ally will ensure the kill.

Ulti

i use his ulti for a few different reasons, when i first hit lvl 6 im usually not going to travel 5500 distance away but rather sill laning. so if we are concerned of a jungler or if anyone is mia and we're pushing any given lane ill ulti, best cv in the game. if you plan on using it to return to lane from recall or death use it from the platform rather than walking half way thus by waiting 2 seconds you will regenerate the mana spent on the move and will have traveled the same distance regardless. naturally it is used for chasing after a dying enemy who just got away with a bar of health, always take a second to see who theyre are around some champs will still kill you under their tower or you may have ulti into a 1v5... on that same note i do state that this tf is a glass cannon.

ßu's imfamous BD

before the nerf of Tf's ulti he used to be able to teleport anywhere on the map which made ganking and back dooring towers, inhibs, and nexus easy. but dont knock it yet. what i still do to this day is veer off mid game say for example bot lane. everyone is accounted for or dead, ill walk to bot lane push a wave or two to their tower. a few seconds after the fight at mid splits up ill use my summoner spell teleport and go to top via minion and continue pushing that lane instead. naturally they will react and reverse my actions but a single champ cannot keep up granting my team a number's advantage, once again once i know the heat is on me i will then ulti, seeing where everyone is and i will either try to ulti to mid and push all three lanes in a few minutes alone or simply use it to gtfo since they tend to be near mid/top in my area. with the atk spd and ability to tear down minion waves tf's utilities are almost useful in any game. many many early games i played ended either positive or negative in k/d but nevertheless we won due to my ability to take towers.
