Noob two dorans blades

This is probably a troll account made by another guide maker. Note how his comment was made the same day as the account was made and his comment was nothing but excuses.

Haha, points taken. Yeah, I suppose I've been a little biased on some of my information. I will take all of your advice into consideration, and rewrite parts of my guide appropriately. Also, understand that the guide is based on just delivering information, so that people can make informed decisions, almost everything in the guide is optional, based on playstyle and people's priorities.

I'd never say something else. But still items like Triforce are more for trolling on Varus than srs playing ;) And "lower" players wont be able to see the difference, so it's our job to tell them in our guides.

However, great layout btw.

+1 this time ;)

PS.: thx for the credits ^^

However, I recently have been happy with the results of taking a point in Chain of Corruption at level 6 and then NOT leveling it up again until level 17, as I use it primarily as a utility ability, as compared to damage output, and the time that it roots your enemies for does not increase with its level.

But the cooldown does. A lot:
Quoted:
Cooldown: 120 / 105 / 90 seconds

Wouldn't max it last.

Honestly, I feel like this skill would only make sense if you were playing Varus as a SUPPORT character.

lol.

@items: boots first on bot = new meta. Especially on Varus. I'd change that.
Reason:
Quoted:
I feel that it is SUPER important to get this as your first item. As you can see, I suggest you get TWO of them. Regardless of situation, these blades will increase your survivability AND your damage output.

Boots and Pots increase your survivability a lot more. Plus, they counter a Dorans Blade first due to the potential to trade damage effectively. Also you should add that it's simply "not possible" to start Dorans against a Carry who has a higher range than Varus. Dorans should never be your must-have-startitem.

Also: pls never buy Triforce on an AD carry... -.- (except on Corki and Ez and maybe Kog of course)
1. they scale too much with AD that 4k for 30AD could be worth it.
2. this is the most expensive item in the game. You would buy it too late to get even a bit of that damage you could've get from another item. I'd rather Frozen Mallet... oh and add Atmas to Frozen Mallet, no sense to buy only one of them imo

Quoted:
Maw of Malmortius is a much better counter AP item then Banshee's Veil <.<

*than
Depends.
Maw has less MR, no HP and no mana. As long as the ability blocked by Banshees would've dealt more than 400 dmg, why would Maw be better as a counteritem?
A dead carry deals 0 dmg. A living one obviously more. And Banshees will help you to survive - more than Maw does :)

Thankyou very much for all of your comments and suggestions!
I'm working on the coding for surge, for some reason it won't work. :/
I'll Add the Sash when I get the chance, as well as change the last summary to closing. Very good idea. Thankyou!

Wanderer1:
Thankyou very much for your vote and your comment. I'm new to the site, so I guess I was just afraid of people downvoting without giving me suggestions or advice on how to improve my build.

Watermerron:
Thankyou for your comment and vote! I suppose the name was a little bit of a stretch, I sort of meant that he's a hybrid between a burst and a steady DPS champion, based on his early to late game transition.

Yokiharo:
Mostly, I focus on the early game to give Varus that upper-hand in the mid game. As far as the late game, he completely depends on positioning. I understand what you're saying though, but that's also why I wanted to make sure that I covered some other rune builds that would scale better into late game. In my battles, I've been able to secure my team's win due to a strong early game. However, in more competitive games, I understand where you are coming from. On exhaust, it's all opinion. I guess I've just had some luck with it, and the supports that I've played with haven't been great about grabbing it. If I have a support with it, I would definitively go for one of the other summoners. Thankyou for your comment!

XeresAce:
Thankyou very much good sir/madam! :D

Emil Fodbold:
On the two Dorans, they are of course optional. I feel that getting the second blade is worth getting for the extra damage and sustain. If I have the money when backing, then I will go for an early BF Sword.
I understand why you may criticize the choice, however I do hope that some of the other ideas in the build were noticed by you, other than just that one small thing.

Minami:
Thankyou for the vote and the comment. :)
I am working on linking the different parts of the guide to a directory. The reason I wrote it all in one section was because I preferred making my own section headings, instead of the anesthetic look of Mobafire. I will try and make the build more navigable. Thankyou for bringing this idea to the light.

tehAsian:
Thankyou for the vote and the comment. You're right, Varus' movement speed can be a bit of a problem in escaping fights, or finishing them for that matter. Boots would be a good idea. I'll even restrain from putting in both doran's blades into this one. Haha. Anyways, thankyou. ^^

I am happy to hear that both my information and my designing was to your liking. :D Thanks for the comment and the vote!

Very good guide. Varus is a pretty tricky champ to overcome if he is played right.

Nice guide~

I'd make a cheat sheet start with boots though, because Varus has little to no mobility.

great guide, very pleasing to the eye.
Great amount of coding used, and banners look great even though it is very simple.
Though I personally don't like how you do NOT have sections in it, by that I mean build-in sections. It would help navigate through the guide a lot easier.
You made the whole guide so we can read the whole guide, I believe, but there are people who only wants to read parts of it. For example I might be really confident with my masteries and runes but am not sure of what items to buy, then I would go to the item section, see what are alternative items and such, and buy items which matches my play-style.
Overall it is a great guide, I didn't have much time to read the whole thing BUT I will do so after my exams, I skimmed through it and it seems like a very detailed guide, and I can see that you put a lot of effort into it.
Also I am no professional in Varus but I think your skill sequence is pretty unique, and great!
I usually see people get Q first, which could be good if they want to go full burst damage, but I always thought it wouldn't be the most effective.
Anyways a definite +1 from me.
A great guide. But try to keep it updated, reply to comments and such.
