Lets explain the Black cleaver you are like YOU HAVE ARMOR PEN WHY DON'T YOU GET ANOTHER PHANTOM DANCER... Well Black cleaver gives you more armor pen damage attack speed and the added **** you very much as you munch on other champs.. The crits are always helpful but you attack speed is insane as is so not really needed you are shredding their armor as well so tanks drop like flys.
