Pros / Cons for playing Varus as an Armor Penetration-Poke type Marksman

Insanely long range poke thanks to his Piercing Arrow.
Chain of Corruption can be used as a great disengage tool.
Can set up picks with his ultimate.
Blighted Quiver deals %health damage.
Cons

Incredibly squishy and immobile.
Doesn't do great in close-quarters fights with his build.
Very skill-shot reliant; missing your Piercing Arrows costs a lot of mana.
