This guide is not nearly completed! I did want to wait untill finished to give you the polished version But I see so many guide and so many varus's in game that just don't seem to pull off the champ low level which makes them weak late game. Now you may Look at this guide and be confused to why I have 21 Attack Damage runes and 9 Ability Power?

Well I'll explain, Since the first spell I choose to learn is The extra 10+ Ability power on your basic attack is actualy a rather big deal.

Say you're midding the extra damage you do in your early pokes is goin to preasure them alot more and hopefuly call for a early recall. Plus once you Ding and get that level 2 and have The overall Poke along with the 12% Damage from Quivers Passive is beautiful

Now we take Blighted Quiver first for the passive bonus of it along with your arrow at level 2 is goin to alow you to do some great damage along with a logn ranged poke. Say you're midding against Lux you have a longer poke you can run in ever 2-3 seconds get a auto attack on her. For her to need a recall you push her back, She flashes to escape the range on your Passive then you pop a long charged arrow right into her forehead boom kill.
