WIP: The Cait/Vayne match is the hardest one to win, but it's not impossible to win. The laning phase will be so hard because of the poke that Caitlyn can deal while you're farming. You can still farm, but it'll be very hard. So take a support that can sustain you if you don't want to be behind in farm against Caitlyn.

About Vayne
Vayne is one of the strongest late game hyper-carry, but requires a lot of skills to master. You need both positioning & kiting mechanics to do well in teamfights because of the LOW range that
Vayne has and also make sure that you tell your team or support (

Vayne) at least to peel for you especially when your kiting isn't that good.Also
Vayne's Silver Bolts is very helpful against tanks in the early game because of the true damage that it deals. You have to aim your Condemn in order to get the stun off which is pretty hard to do. Also
is one of the best AD duelers in the game and what I mean by that, she can defeat assassins in a 1v1 if played properly with the help of your Condemn STUN. When you combine
Vayne's Final Hour and Tumble together, you'll get the invisibility which can be used for outplays.
Vayne is one of the best, if not the best 1v1 duelist in the game if she doesn't get too behind.
Pros / Cons
- Strong against tanks because of the true damage from W Silver Bolts
- High Skill Cap
- Has a lot of mobility
- Late game hyper carry
- Good at repositioning in teamfights with the stealth from Q Tumble & R Final Hour
- Exceptional 1v1 Duelist
Cons
- Has a low auto attack range (550)
- Very hard to master
- Very weak laning phase
- The stun from E Condemn is hard to aim.
- Hard to get back when behind
Tricks & Tips
Tumble attack then quickly use my Condemn because your Condemn adds another stack to your Silver Bolts. The only bad thing about this trick is that it cost a lot of mana.If you want to farm casters(mage minions) well under your turret,I suggest maxing your Q
Tumble because Vayne's Tumble is an auto attack reset. This can also be used to deal some NICE damage during laning phase but make sure you Auto Attack first before you Tumble.While your R
Final Hour is active, try not spam your Q Tumble to get the invisibility but try using it more conservatively because it really bring a lot of chances to make some AMAZING plays & even jukes! Remember you can always use your Q Tumble to dodge skillshots.Always start your R
Final Hour first when you're about to fight, then if their Tanks or Assassins try to to kill you, Press your Q Tumble then start attacking them. During team fights, make sure that you tell your support to stay by your side to peel for you if you do not have a great kiting mechanic.Always prioritize your safety in teamfights, so don't get greedy for kills unless you're team has won the fight. Never EVER GO IN FIRST in a fight or position yourself in the frontline as Vayne
. Vayne
maybe good at kiting and killing squishy target, but positioning yourself even just by a tiny bit, she can get killed easily no matter how fed you are.
Summary/Closing
is a very fun champion to play. You need to have the patience to wait until you get to the late game because she's going to be an incredible threat in that time of the game. Even though she has a weak early-game and is countered easily, doesn't mean you can't win your lane, it's not impossible, even when going against your hardest counter which is
