Vayne is a good champion if you play with this bould 3v3. I play only 3v3 with vayne is her so good to go up. (down you get more kills). You farm, so you get money. She is a realy good champion hunter!
But she is fast dead, when you enemy buy thornmail then you buy more health and lifesteal.

Doran's Blade: I can not stress enough how this is vital to Vayne's early game, if you do not take this item then yes I will call you out in game and I will start raging! No other item brings to the table the stats and perks that Doran's Blade has. It gives you a nice additional 10 attack damage, 100 health and a nice 3 life steal! Precisely why this little item is so vital early game, you can benefit from all 3 of these attributes! It allows you to hit harder early game, get some easy early kills, sustains your hp with a little life steal, and gives you an extra 100hp at lvl 1!

Berserker's Greaves: You need movement speed to run fast. This boots have attack speed vayne need this to eazy kill an enemy. Don't forget buy the boots.

Vempric Seceptr: Is a begin for a good lifesteal.

Infinity Edge: We already have a solid build and have some decent survivability, so lets make it stronger! If you want a tool for absolute destruction, then you need to grab Infinity Edge. This baby packs a wicked punch, with 80 attack damage, and 25 critical strike chance. What really makes this Edge unique is it's passive. This passive increases our damage of our critical hits by 50%!

The Black Cleaver: Yes, Vayne needs attack speed, damage and armor penetration. Very good item.

The Bloodthirster: You should really just thank your god that this item is at all invented! This item gives you PURE attack damage and some life steal ( 10% ) After buying this, your job is about to begin, cause this is a stacking item. You have to stack up your life steal and attack damage. When you're full stacked which is 40 damage, you've got whole 100 attack damage! Awesome for Vayne!

Phantom Dancer: It makes the damage complated you can go for the 100% criticel chance and are you good. But 80% or higher is good too. The attack speed did that you shoot very fast and much with you damage and crit. With the movement speed are you fast and can easy run or kill someone.

Abilities:

Night Hunter (Passive): Vayne ruthlessly hunts evil-doers. She gains bonus Movement Speed when moving toward nearby enemy champions.

Tumble: Vayne tumbles, maneuvering to carefully place her next shot. She rolls toward the cursor and her next attack deals bonus damage.

Silver Bolts: Vayne tips her bolts with a rare metal, toxic to evil things. The third consecutive attack or ability against the same target deals a percentage of the target's maximum Health as bonus true damage. (Max damage vs. Monsters is capped)

Condemn: Vayne draws a heavy crossbow from her back, and fires a huge bolt at her target, dealing damage and knocking them back. If they collide with terrain, they are impaled, dealing bonus damage and stunning them.

Final Hour (Ultimate): Readying herself for an epic confrontation, Vayne gains increased Attack Damage, stealth during Tumble, and quadruple the bonus Movement Speed from Night Hunter.
