About your first item build:

General overview

Wriggle's Lantern is rather unnecessary because farming is easy with Silver Bolts.
The gold used to make Wriggle's Lantern could be used to buy a Zeal, which benefits an auto-attacking champion like Vayne A LOT more, or an earlier B.F. Sword.
Cloak and Dagger may give Tenacity, but if Vayne is caught in a hard CC, such as a snare or stun, she's pretty much dead. Use the 1400 to invest into a Zeal or a B.F. Sword.
Ghost definately isn't needed on Vayne, because of her passive Night Hunter and her ultimate Final Hour.
Try maxing Condemn second instead of Silver Bolts. You don't need that extra percentage damage until late game, where everyone has a lot of HP.
Put 3 into Good Hands instead of Perserverence. You need that death counter reduction WAY more than that extra .05 mana regen.

You have quite a number of grammatical mistakes in your guide section. By fixing them, you can make your guide A LOT cleaner-looking. Try to add more tips and lengthen your descriptions a bit. Also add in some pictures!
