well,

this is my suggestion how to build, setting her masteries,skilling and runes.

vayne is a very squishy hero, so be always very carefull in all things u are doing with her

u can buy 2/3/4 dorans blades in the beginngin if u want

depends on the situation

trinity is the 1st item u have to make

gives u nice damage boost, movement speed and some life

stay always behind your teammember, coz if she gets focused, its your end : )

thats why u have to buy banshees

very important item for her

u need many lasthits in the beginning

so try to go mid or take solo top

Pros

-great harass
-great singletarget burst
-nice early game
-good hunter/chaser
-if she gets enough farm, she is able to carry the game

Cons

-very squishy!!! Very!!!
-if u get focused, ur instant down
- hard lategame if u get not enough farm
- no AOE
- hard to place on a team

i prefer amorpen, dodge and cdreduce

she is very squishy so u got a little bit defensive stuff that ur not a 1 hit :P

ofc u can try attacpseed or movementspeed for quintessences

your choice

i chose 21/9/0 coz of her low hp

in my opionion a little bit defensive is very good for her

with dodging runes u can avoid some attacks and got a little movementspeed boost for a short time : )

i think she is no jungle hero so dont even try it

her squishiness will make her die fast in the jungle even with lifesteal

try to stay behind your team and focus 1 target

try to stun some1 with your E skill and make him dead fast
