Hello Everybody. Do you think something is wrong here? Yes, I made build, even before official release. I made Build for Vayne, the upcoming champion which will be released next week. I used Caitlyn because she is both ranged and carry. I assessed her valuable items from her abilities WIKIa, nothing other I dont know. I think she will be based on attack speed and combinig On-hit effects, that will stack well with her ability SILVER BOLTS...
