According to your build, are you first buying a Mejai's and then selling it? Because you have your six items listed, its just that Mejai's is first and then the other six where Mejai's takes up a slot in itself and doesn't build into anything.

Also, your spell rotation should be "E, W, Q, R" not "W, E, Q, R". Once people see the sparkling animation of your Dark Matter, they usually start to run away, and the chances of landing your stun afterwards is less likely than if you were to open up with your stun first, guaranteeing the hit on Dark Matter.
