This is the most expensive build to follow! However it can be easy to get if you know how to use veigar! I will ONLY recommend this guild to players that know to do the following:

1.Farm with Baleful Strike
2.Able to use Event Horizon without failing

This guide is the one I use in games althouh DO NEVER use this guide in ranked games.
If you just got veigar and want to follow this, then I recommend you to do some games Vs Coop before trying a Normal game.

This runes are picked for one reason only! Feed in early game! You will be able to reach over 60 Abillity Power at the very begining of the game, with this much ability power you will be able to farm/kill easly! You will not need to reach level six to get kills...

These are my personal runes and so it's this guide! Personal, this is how I use veigar, the runes are the most important part of this build. If you are amazing on last hitting creps with Baleful Strike you will be able to reach 100Abilliy Power with only Doran's Ring! Amazing right?

The runes can be changes around however you like, but if so, I would recommend to buy Magic Penetration, this way tanks will be easier to kill.

The items you have to buy are over 11K coins, however the ability power is amazing. The doran's ring should allways be bought first! Do never buy Boots of Speed first!
The reason is the extra 80hp and the 5 mana regen which will be very usefull in early game.
Now you can and should buy two vision awards, this way you will know when you are about to be "gank" in the middle, you can go top or bottom altough I would not suggest you to do so.
Mana potions can be bought in early game altough you will find out why you don't need it!

Why the Rebandon's Deathcap first?

This item is expensive although this will help you get easy kill. Now let's be real, veigar is a campion which kill steals load of times, so this extra AP will get the job done!

I do not recomend items such as:

Crystal Specter
Hourglass

This two items will not help in anyway! Altough they give extre HP you should be able to escape anything using Event Horizon

Why Flash? Why Clarity?

Event Horizon...failed while trying to escape? the flash will help you get away!
Someone about to run and just can not reach them? FLASH! This summoner spell will help in early and late game!

Low mana and you are not able to cast Event Horizon or to farm minions? Clarity! This spell will help not only in early game, but also in team fights when team mates are low in mana or you are! This spell is the one I use and the only which help me get that mana needed to farm!

Another possible Spells

Ignite can be usefull when you were about to kill someone and the CD was not quick enought altough you would have to get rid of clarity!
Ghost can help you run away, yet Veigar does have low movement speed, but it is enought to escape, I would use ghost if I would like to reach midle quick or try to catch up to someone about to die.
Heal will be helpfull when about to die, altough you will not be able to use Ignite or clarity which could be very usefull.
Teleport can help you get to your midle tower quick altough you wont be able to run away with falsh or ghost, can still be used altough it is low priority.

Do not use

Revive
Surge
Smite

These 3 spells will never help veigar what so ever! Do not use them and I belive I do not need to say why...another spells such has Exhaush can be optional altough I wont recommend them.

Low defence
Hard to master Event Horizon
Low mana regen

Veigar overall is one of the best champions to mid I have ever seen! When you are able to master veigar you will be able to get kills easly and maybe a Penta kill!

Personaly I recommend you to buy and use Veigar altough only use this guild if you have been using veigar for sometime and do not use this for ranked games!
