I enjoyed the preciseness of this guide. The explanations for how to pwn early, mid, and late game are so clear and not over detailed to the point where I'm not bored to death from reading this guide. I have never played as Veigar, but I think this guide has made me feel confident enough to hop on a 5v5 A.S.A.P. and drop my stuns...like a boss. Good work!

I think you may have a little bit to much health. But I like your "alternative items" chapter. Good guide.

I do agree to get dark matter at lvl 4 instead of a event horizon. it provides utility and more harass + last hitting. Maybe consider ignite as a possible summoner also. No cleanse or clarity for veigar. You should be getting mana from Manaregen per lvl seals.
A major problem i see here is no survivability. You need to take out Deathfire and plug in banshee and and zhonya somewhere in there.
Thirdly no do not get CD boots. his CD's are low enough. he needs Spell pen. Either get sorc boots or buy a void staff. thats how it works.
Add descriptions to the skills too! Add insight on how to use them and how good/bad they are. Like how dark matter is bad to harass with unless you have a good amount of points in even horizon.

PS read through guide cuz some parts arent updated. like early game. u said get haunting guise (shouldnt) and its not in the build xD

I read it and I got a few questions/things I noticed:

1: in the item part you tell everyone to get the 15%cdr boots, but in the early game part you say sorcerers boots. Might make that a little clearer. I suggest Sorcerers boots as it increases your dmg output and the extra cdr is a bit useless in my opinion, I come back on cdr later
2: runes, ap seals /glyphs. There not primary runes and I suggest to switch them, especially the seals. Switch them to flat mana/5 regen runes and you should have very little trouble early game with mana, as you only use it to farm Q on minions.
3: Good Hands > Perserverence, as it only adds to your base health/mana regen, not your total.
4: Pros, veigar has a good harras??? Veigar doesnt harras, he kills.
5: Cons, not fast without lichbane??? Try movement speed quints, they really help me.
