Simple, But Effective :)
Despite having overpowered damage, Veigar is a slow-moving hero. By purchasing the Boots of Mobility, it will enable Veigar to move with Enhanced Movement Speed 5, allowing Veigar to easily escape and pursuit enemy champions.
The combination of Event Horizon, Dark Matter, Baleful Strike, and Primordial Burst can cause devastating damage to target champions (guaranteed kill if cast against enemy mages).
