Hello fellows, this is my build for this overpowered AA based jungler.
I created this monster once and he didn't dissapointed me. I really think that you all should give Veigar a break from killing people and let him follow his dreams... to the jungle.

P.D. If you follow this and you feed, youre probably doing something wrong

Here is your main role the whole game:
Bait people on you. Trap them with you CC. Slap them off with your superfast poke balls.

Some tips

[*] Bait people (they will be confused about you, be sure to show them your tankyness)
[*] You should build armor and magic resist before health (easier to bait people(yes, im [*] serious here))
[*] A nice Event Horizon is the best turnaround
[*] Dont try to stack baleful strike in the jungle, its not really worthy, but get some ap from the lane creeps if you can
[*] Your Primordial Burst scales with enemie's AP so you can still do a decent amount of "burst" if you focus the enemy AP, otherwhise it will do 0 damage
[*] Dark Matter always scare people. Doesnt matter if you have 0 ap, they will still try to dodge him. Keep it in mind.
[*] You shouldn't try this in a normal game solo queuing, this is a friends playing friendly build
