Veigar is a strong champion, that requires a high skill cap to play well. If you face enemies that are not-noob, Missed jail = death

My finger accidently clicked on a +rep. FINALLY someone who understand how ****ty Archangel Staff is, especially on Veigar ( Ryze, Swain and Anivia being the only 3 champ with who it is acceptable to get Archangel, and even there, Anivia rarely need it if played well.)

The main problem with your build is that you are built as a glass canon. You probably never faced an Annie who flashed and destroied you since you couln't use zhonyas because of her stun. If you face good players, going glass canon works perfectly. But agaisnt good players who knbows how to focus, you're ****ed bro. You won't even have the time to use Primordial Bursy that you'll be dead and gone.

veigar isnt that bad...if youre good you can 1v1 just about any champ that isnt at full health...

Although the way you describe it seems to be bad but the build is actually pretty good so +1. Also the runes are the same that I would use if I played Veigar.
