Pretty good guide. However, I think you should get 
Rabadon's Deathcap a bit earlier, you're a bit weak until that point in this build. Also, could use a bit better formatting + BBCoding, check out Jhoijhoi's guide making guide. Add a bit more about alternate summoner spells/runes as well. I'm not sure if Rylai's Crystal Scepter is really worth it, because your target will be stunned for your whole combo so you don't need the slow. More starts would be nice too, Miki + pots isn't always good if you know what you're doing.
