mejai's soul stealer is wrong item to be used on veigar unless you going to play as support other than that you can replace it by other item such lich ban, luden, magic staff there are a lot of ap items that you which you have 8 packs to be full build to use it all.

usually when playing a champion of another class as a support, I like to play it right, even if it's mag, I prefer to take a redemption or ardent instead of ap items to be more useful in the game because the damage exist anyway.
