Change quints from AP/lvl to magic pen. Lichbane is a must. Late game it hits as hard as DFG...but every 2 seconds.

I finally ended up this build! added the rest of images and etc!

I made changes some changes that you guys sad, Rylai's in place of Lich Bane and Abyssal Scepter in place of Void Staff.

Me like :) I have similar build :)

I would just swap Void staff for flat Mres red Abysal Scepter. Flat > % in 95% of games with 1 tank. Also Scepter gives you Mres so you could survive a bit more.
Lichbane is not needed anymore now when you can atack turrets with % of your AP. Rylai for survivability is a great item instead.

change lich bane by rylai's if you're getting targeted really much;
or get archangel's (more AP, every caster loves it)
