Yeah, 0/22/8 is what i recommend for any champ except some of the DPS ones.

I tend to use heal and flash together for quick last second getaways since you can heal to survive the last second to get to a wall to flash through and lose your pursuer

Interesting choice using 0/22/8 instead of the usual 9/0/21. When you write the play style, please make a mention of your reasoning behind that.

Also having Heal/Flash as your summoner spells: It seems difficult for me to get away using Veigar without using Ghost. Sometimes I run a Cleanse/Ghost Combo for safe get away.
