Hey everyone, my names Max and this is my build for Vel Koz. I'm not claiming i'm a professional, but this is a general guide for those that want to get a feel for this champion. Enjoy.

Runes aren't set in stone for any champion, that's something i've learnt over my time playing this game. For build purposes though, I would generally run something like magic pen marks, armor seals, magic res or ap glyphs and ap quints.

Alternatively you can use mana regen seals, move speed quints... or really whatever tickles your fancy.

Again, these aren't set in stone. You will want to run something like 21/0/9, but if you're against an ad champ you may want 21/9/0. All preference.
