your solo top guide is a mess, skills arent even set correctly and no armor or hp. quick to die. might want to elaborate more on your item build (the top part)

Umm, have you looked at the stats on your e? It really doesn't do you much good to put any more than 2 points in it early. Your q on the other hand is worth leveling sooner since you can harass/escape easier with the lowered cooldown.
Vi for the most part is centered around her w...so anything to improve the output damage is really the better idea (although not necessarily leveling up it fast)

At least, this is totally true when I am jungling...but the mechanics should be similar if not the same.

Well,Q does more damage,but E has lower cooldown,multi-target,farming tool :)

Is the part where you list one of Volibear's abilities as a mastery that you use on Vi a joke? Whether it is or not, I found it pretty funny. Also, Last Whisper is not a bad choice, but I think that it sacrifices too much damage for an excessive amount of armor pen.
