Structure is okay, but some things I don't like.

I don't understand why putting summoner spells as one of the last chapters and why you put soooo many items at the start :P

It is a bit of an overdose in my opinion considering the items at the start, but the rest is okay.

I would put the chapter of summoner spells a bit earlier (not a lot of work) and maybe add some colour to the guide, and I will upvote it :P

I know where you are coming from but.. say I'm vsing an ap heavy team I will grab merc treads plus the zephyr gives an amazing amount of attack speed with CDR, I don't mind stacking the tenacity because the attack speed and CDR is well worth it

When jungling her I like to get spirit of the ancient golem on her for tenacity and use swift boots. I find this helps her ganking as the slow reduction from swift boots makes her less slow while charging her Q. Probably down to personal preference though.

I dont know why you buy Mercurys and Zephyr...Tenacity is unique passiv.
