Unique Veigar Build for mezzle.
1) by level 8 (possibly level 7 with the runes...and this is important!!!) you'll be able to take out the wave of caster minions with dark matter, meaning you'll not fall behind in farm.
2) You won't have clarity to fall back on: meaning learn to last hit. ONLY use q to last hit when you know you won't get it with auto attack. It saves mana.
3) You can't move fast to start with: STAY BACK and don't engage. Turret hug to level 7 if you have to. After that with Dark matter you can start to zone out your opponents.
4) Follow the item build EXACTLY: Don't jump from item to item. Focus on 1 item at 1 time.
5) Stay back in team fights: Don't go off on your own. EVER!!!
