I found the lack of guides during the preseason a bit disconcerting. As a fairly novice player I usually look to the LoL community for help and advice. During this time of LoL unrest and Riot tweaking, I felt that I had an opportunity to give back to a community that's help me become a better player.
I'm by no means an expert, nor am I the best Viktor player- but I'm sure this guide will help and point other towards the right direction. I may add more content over time to this guide, but there are others out there that can better explain the finer details.
