I rarely see Viktors at all and much less do I see them with heal but in this build it is essential. Viktor's passive is kind of a downer late game, it would be much more beneficial to have a Rylia's Scepter or Rod/Ages. But since we cant fix that Viktor lacks health which is why heal is very important. Most Viktors get Augment: Death for farming but I find that the health and regeneration from the Augment: Power is helpful for sustain and the movement speed is good for staying close with your ultimate. Even though your E will not give DoT to enemies Farming is still easy when you get enough ability power.
